We value you as a customer. If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, please return it in the original packaging, in its original condition within 10 days of receiving shipment.
Please note that we cannot accept returned merchandise after the 10-day exchange/refund period. We cannot accept items that are not received in original condition, have been worn or used, are missing the label/tags, or packaged improperly. Custom cut yardage is considered a final sale and is therefore not returnable.
Include your packing slip and a note advising if you wish a refund or exchange item. All returns must be shipped via insured and pre-paid U.S. Mail or UPS (for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery). We apologize, but shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
